Cal-Sign Wholesale Inc., a division of Ultimate Image Printing, is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company specializing in digital, offset, and large-format printing. We're passionate about quality and innovation, and we are looking for a dependable, skilled, and detail-oriented Wide Format Laminator/Photo Face Mounter to join our production team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate laminating and mounting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete production projects on time while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors with accuracy.
- Coordinate with supervisors and managers regarding job progress, concerns, or questions.
- Assist with the installation of vinyl decals on vehicles, walls, windows, and other surfaces.
- Review and understand job documentation to ensure proper execution.
- Support other departments as needed—flexibility and teamwork are essential.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Perform light fabrication and use power tools when required.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with pressure-sensitive lamination; photo mounting experience is a plus.
- Strong background in sign or wide-format print production.
- Skilled in trimming, cutting, and finishing printed materials.
- Proficient in reading work orders and job specifications.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, energetic, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Able to measure accurately (down to fractions of an inch) for on-site surveys.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and material handling practices.
- Comfortable using power tools and warehouse equipment.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Calm and productive under pressure, even in unexpected or fast-paced situations.
