Ultimate Image Printing is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company specializing in digital, offset, and large-format printing. We are passionate about quality and innovation, and we are looking for a driven, high-performing Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
We are seeking a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the printing and signage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering tailored print solutions to a diverse range of industries. If you are proactive closer with a proven track record in wide-format and commercial print sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and consultation to project delivery and follow-up.
- Consult with clients to understand their branding and signage needs, providing expert recommendations on materials, finishes, and wide-format applications.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure technical specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Prepare and present professional quotes and proposals using standard retail pricing and internal Estimating tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay current on industry trends, new printing technologies, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the printing, signage, or wide-format industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of large-format printing, vinyl applications, fabrication, and commercial offset processes.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with business owners and marketing executives.
- Organization: Strong CRM management skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Independence: Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and the ability to work effectively in the field.
Preferred Skills:
- Established booking of business or strong local networks in the Orange County/Southern California area.
- Familiarity with digital workflow tools and project management software.
- Experience selling to industries such as retail, construction, events, or corporate branding.
